The gas station was at the indian reservation

Ok, this is kind of a weird (stupid?) thing to ask. If you haven’t talked to anyone all day, do you think the first person you talk to will notice anything unusual about you? What I mean is, does solitude change what a person is like, even if it’s 24 hours?

I was just thinking about it because I haven’t seen anyone all day, except for the guy at the gas station who liked my car’s paint job, and the cashier at the grocery store. And they were weird. Or was it I who was weird??
